Emily was messing around with her nose and mouth so I asked her what was in there. She responds "Boogies." "Oh, boogies" I say and laugh a little. She laughs with me and continues to laugh for another couple of minutes. I think I have a comedian on my hands.

At the store, Jack was pointing out to us an item that he really wanted. Maddie told him, "We can't buy that, it's not on sale!"
During dinner, Jesse was quizzing the kids on the names of certain body parts (elbow, arm pit, knuckle, etc.). He pointed to his chest and asked the kids what was there, Jack responded "heart", to which Maddie responded "Jesus!"

After picking her bedtime story, Maddie says the title of her book out loud, "It's Hard to be Five." Then I hear her sigh and say, "it's hard to be 3!"

As Jesse was leaving for work and I was finishing nursing Emily, I sat Emily up and she let out a humongous burp. Jack says "Emily says bye Daddy by burping."
